Food
WAG Club
Unless your dog is on a prescription diet confirmed by a vet, dogs will only be fed Raw, Orijen or Acana. If your dog does not tolerate these diets or they are refusing to eat the food we provide they will be placed back on their usual diet.

Existing WAG Club members will receive a 10% discount on their boarding stay, and will get priority bookings where possible.
Vaccinations
 Puppy vaccinations must be up to date at time of boarding. 
​Dogs are required to have completed the puppy vaccinations at age appropriate intervals recommended by your veterinarian. Plus the booster at either 6 months or 12 months, after that they no longer required by us. We do not require Kennel cough immunisation. We will not accept a dog though that has had kennel cough or the vaccine within 14 days of the injection or the infection. Unfortunately, there are at least 40 agents that cause kennel cough … but the vaccine only addresses two of them. That makes for quite a high likelihood that the vaccine won’t protect your dog, and it’s the reason leading veterinary immunologist Ronald D Schultz PhD says that …“Kennel cough is not a vaccinatable disease…”
Opening hours
KURI Hotel will be open 7am - 9pm, 7 days a week. Including public holidays. You can set your own drop off and departure times online via the booking App or over the phone and we will try to meet them where possible. You can also request that we open outside of these times, for example to collect your dog after a flight, or drop off before your flight.
This service will incur a day rate fee, costs dependent on which suite your dog is staying in.
NB This service needs to be booked at least 7 days in advance.

BOOKING

This will help KURI to help you, by expediting your booking process.

  1. Login and register via the button below
  2. Fill in all the details about your pet (in the box Diet, please let us know what your dog eats, e.g. Raw or Dry, rabbit or game etc, Orijen or Acana) more information the better
  3. Choose your dates and underneath select times for pickup and drop off (you can arrange times outside of our normal operating hours 7am to 9pm at extra cost)
  4. Fill in the Additional information box (in this box we need to know which suite you are wanting, so economy, premium economy or business class) plus any other information you feel is important for us to know about your dog, for example it could be behavioural or things they dislike or things they love, like hugs and cuddles.
  5. Add appointment services, grooming, walks, birthday party, anything you can think of that you want for your dog whilst they are on holiday with us
  6. If the system says there is no availability ensure you have sent a Wait list request, so one of our staff can contact you to see if we can book your dog in. (in this case submit your form now and ignore point 7)
  7. Before you Submit your form please sign (tick box) the agreement terms and conditions saying you agree to them. (Only applicable to customers whose booking shows availability)
